Français 1001 –Projet Final
Recherche de maisons ou d’appartements

INSTRUCTIONS
You are a very successful realtor and your French-speaking clients (a family of at least four people including children) asked you to show them a minimum of three houses/apartments in a French-speaking country. You will determine the French-speaking country where they want to move to and the French-speaking country where they come from (see list on page 3).

FORMAT
You may choose to submit a Word document or a PowerPoint.

YOUR PROJECT MUST INCLUDE

I. La description des clients
In this section, you will describe your clients: name, age, physical appearance, personality, tastes, favorite activities, etc. You are encouraged to use the vocabulary in Chapters 2, 3 and 5. Each description should be at least 6 sentences. You can use the following format:

II. La description des maisons
In this section, you will describe the three houses you found. Describe the location, rooms and exterior of each house. You are encouraged to use the vocabulary in Chapter 4 and 5. Each description should be at least 8 sentences. You can use the following format:

III. Description des écoles
Your clients have children. Include a description of at least three schools located in the neighborhood. Which courses and activities do these schools offer? Please use one expression with faire in each description. You are encouraged to use the vocabulary in Chapter 2. Each description should be at least 6 sentences. You can use the following format:
1. Ecole #1 : nom et adresse

IV. Les Photos
Create a section with at least five pictures of each house/apartment. Each picture needs to include a title and a short description in French. Show the best pictures; your goal is to sell the house/apartment.

V. Le nouveau pays
Your clients are moving to a new French-speaking country. Include a paragraph (10 sentences minimum) in which you describe the country where your clients are moving to. Include cultural information about this country and cultural differences with your clients’ country of origin. You are encouraged to conduct extensive research on these countries and to provide authentic cultural information to your clients.

VI. Questions/Réponses
Try to anticipate at least five questions/concerns that your clients may have and provide answers. You can use the following format:

VII. Le futur de vos clients
Your clients need to feel at home. Create a paragraph in which you describe how happy your clients are going to be if they decide to purchase one of these houses/apartments. Write at least 7 sentences using the futur proche.
