Project Paper

A project is a sequence of unique, complex, and connected activities having one goal or purpose and that must be completed by a specific time, within
budget, and according to specification. Projects are temporary, require resources, and involve uncertainty.
As administrators, we are often handed projects that we did not choose, and other times we are able to propose a project that would benefit our department
and/or organization. In this assignment you will submit a proposal for a hypothetical project you believe is needed in your organization, or one that you have
been asked to manage. This paper should have 4 sections:
-Brief paper introduction
-Brief organization background
-What organizational problem the project solves
Project details: 1) What it is, and 2) the Scope (what it entails) – It is in your benefit to be as specific as possible in this section (consider how the project can
be broken down into parts or phases with a basic timeline).
-Brief concluding paragraph

the paper.
Although the types of projects are endless, your proposal should ideally be related to your concentration, realistic, and not too large in scope.
