This is a continuous assignment from what we have already done, Part 4: Assignment-IV: Provisional Questions for data collection (Questionnaire) (60 points) • By this time, you will have a good knowledge of data collection techniques and the measurement questions and instruments. Develop a good questionnaire based on the chapters from the textbook (module 5-10). The questionnaire must have all types of questions you studied in the chapters, e.g. Dichotomous (Yes/ No), Multichotomous (MCQ), Check List, Ranking & Rating Scale as well as Openended questions. Minimum 20 questions should be included in the questionnaire (mentioning the type of question). The logical sequence must be maintained and the ideal format and basic guidelin​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​es must be adhered. part 5: Assignment-V: Final research proposal (160 points) • This is your final assignment for which a sample format is provided in the blackboard (Week 11 course materials) (already included in the CT 5 document). You must submit the proposal as per the given sample format. Adherence to the format is necessary. This final research proposal must contain all the stages and processes involved in a typical research proposal. You must provide a detailed data collection plan (assumed), sampling design (assumed) as well as a proposed data analysis plan. Improvisation from your end will earn extra points.
