CMCE 3602 Heavy Construction Principles
Assignment 1: Site Planning and Work.
Purpose: To identify site planning and site work for a Proposed Project.
Directions: Using the construction of a new residential building, 10 stories in height as an example, list the requirements for site planning and site work. The site is approximately 200ft x 100ft in size, and presently has an abandoned industrial building on it. It is located in Queens. The site fronts a busy street, and it is across the street from a park.
Submission: Each student is required to submit the following:
Cover Sheet – include your name, course number and name, assignment number and name. The cover is to be typed on white 8.5”x 11” paper.
