The title page must have your company name, your tag line/mission statement, your name, and “Business Plan” “Marketing” on it and a sentence telling me what your company does.

READ THE RUBRIC
You must properly cite references using APA. PLUS a screen shot of the page you used to get your numbers and include it as an appendix (use snipper to get a screen shot then insert it into an MSWord page). Just providing a link is not appropriate !!!
Remember: A business plan is about exact numbers.

• What event or tactics are you going to do to get the market’s attention? (This must be appropriate for YOUR target market). Some things to consider:

Open house/grand opening – why would your customer go?
Charity event
Trade show
Door to door
Look at the goodies under this week’s module.

PROMOTION EVALUATION

• Explain how you will measure the effectiveness of the promotional tactics/events you have chosen and outline any backup plans for redirecting your promotional efforts. “Sales were up” is not an evaluation or an explanation. Sometimes sales can go up (or down) and have nothing to do with your promotion.
