Research Project Students are required to research leadership issues within national cultures by selecting to do a research project on a prominent leader in a foreign country. Topic can’t be repeated within the course! GO TO RESEARCH PAPER FORUM to reserve topic.
The leader can be a CEO or major business executive, a politician, a philanthropist, or a leader of a social cause in their country. The project must include an analysis of how cultural values and norms shape and support organizational leadership. The paper topics should emphasize how national culture influences leadership within organization and how leaders influence organizational culture. The paper must use at least 3 theoretical frameworks.
