2- Impacts Of Emotional Intelligence On Leadership and Employee Performance

Based on the content of chapters we covered in the last 7 weeks. Choose either “Leadership” or “Employee Performance” and then discuss how the principals of Emotional Intelligence could have a positive impact in more effective leadership or employee performance. Make sure in your discussion cover one of the two concepts below to make your point. To make a stronger point you can discuss both. However, the minimum requirement is to choose either #1 or #2 below for your discussion. Each describes the anathomy of Emotional Intelligence from a different view:
1. (Components of EI step by step) Self Awareness, Self Regulations, Motivation, Empathy, and Social Skill which leads to more effective relationships.
2. (The four steps in evolution of EI) Understand own emotions, Regulate own emotions, Understand others emotions, Regulate others emotions, all will lead to more effective relationships.
