Work Instructions:
Please write paragraphs. Enumerate sections on Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning.
Describe one behavior you see in the Remember the Titans movie segment that supports each stage of team development listed.
Add a last section on Recent Team Experience. Refer to the notes you took earlier and describe which stage your team progressed to in team formation. What behaviors did you observe that brought you to that conclusion?
Compare the behaviors in the video to the three step process in the article Resolving Team Conflict.
*Note at least one or two behavior demonstrated by the actors in the storming section that is representative to each of the three conflict resolution steps.

(note from teacher : Conflict in a team is normal. It is not unhealthy unless it is unresolved, and it may be necessary to revisit roles and responsibilities to resolve team conflict. Even well-established teams may cycle through earlier stages of team formation when team membership or the environment within the team functions changes.)
