Proposal on Translation Natural language into SQL Query

This is what have already done and you may need it to complete the below points:
Goal
The main goal is to develop a system that translates Arabic sentences into a SQL query.

Objectives
• Collect related works and see the gap on this field.
• Design framework that generate SQL query based on Arabic natural language.
• Facilitate accessing and searching on a database by using the Arabic natural language without memorizing any commands or complex procedures.
• Implement an accessible graphical user interface that support Arabic language to allow user interaction with the software.
• Validate results and compare it with related studies.

Motivation
To help novice users how don’t have any SQL knowledge to retrieve the data easily from the database. In addition, to save the time of writing the SQL query and to provide more accurate and correct query. Moreover, The majority of the reviews and studies focus on translating the English sentences and none is focused on translating the Arabic sentences.

Research questions
• Can Arabic text converted to SQL query?
• Can system provide the result of a SQL query?
• Can the proposed system generates a complex query?
• Can the proposed system deals with large database in terms of attributes and tables?
• Can the system generates a valid query from the Arabic natural language?

If the motivation of your work has several points or areas that could be effected you can have it as its own section.

– Literature review

– Relation to Software Engineering: Link your research to SDLC. Link your research area to SE. Link using references from books and research papers.

– Research Methodology: Design how are you planning to answer your research question. You should support your selected techniques from the literature . If you are not using or using a specific technique, you need to justify it

– Expected Results: Give a general insight about your expected results and how the results could answer your RQ. It is good idea to emphasize the importance of your research here given the expected results.
