Write a brief introductory paragraph explaining in your own words why, 7 years after Sonia Shah gave this TED talk, her message is still relevant.

Select one health indicator that describes one aspect of the magnitude of malaria. This indicator may be related to, for example, Disability Adjusted Life Years; mortality; morbidity; money; productivity; treatment; preventive measures; or other effects that malaria has on health and well-being.

Suggest two interventions that a community health nurse could implement to overcome that challenge. Explain how each of these two interventions would help solve problems arising from malaria.

For one of the interventions, describe one potential barrier to accomplishing the intervention, and one way that the community health nurse could work with the local community to overcome that barrier.
