Think about your field of study (Early Childhood Education (ECE), Middle Childhood Education (MCE), Adolescent Young Adult/High School (AYA), Intervention Specialist/Special Education (INS)), and the duties that you will perform in a regular school year.

Write down 10 of those duties. Based on your field of study, how different do you think your duties will be compared to other educators teaching different grade bands? How can collaborating with different educators support the educational growth of the student? How can collaboration support your growth as an educator? Explain in a minimum of 1-2 pages, including evidence from the text.
