Women health/ Uterine Fibroids Program Planning

It’s a program planning project for uterine fibroids. I need help wrapping up the capstone project for graduate school.
Resources/ Timeline and Program budget
The proposed timeline should be 2022-2023, a 1 yr program. The budget should be an estimation of what a typical public health budget looks like.
Descriiption of the budget, evaluation, and curriculum development
Program timeline, budget, and descriiption of resources for the program: Now that you have developed the method including action steps, develop a realistic
timeline for implementation including dates, a programmatic budget, and a list of resources (including potential grant resources). Descriiption of resources
should include a brief descriiption of the personnel (including their roles) and materials needed for the program. Provide justification for each item. Gantt
chart for the timeline and separate budget sheet
Describe your evaluation plan. Your plan should include both formative (i.e., process) and summative (i.e., impact/outcome) evaluation steps conducted by
both program staff (i.e., internal evaluators) and external evaluators. Your plan should include a variety of evaluation data-collection methodologies and a
plan for disseminating evaluation results. Additionally, provide a table that includes evaluation objectives that directly link to your program objectives. For
each objective, include a list of indicators that describe how the objective will be measured. This section should include a descriiption of the type of
evaluation that would be needed. The plan should include evaluation questions to be addressed, identification of a design and a plan for data collection.
The objective of the program is listed in the rough draft.
In the final project, include a sample curriculum that consists of a curriculum for general nutrition education for women’s health, physical activity for women,
yoga/mindfulness, and a doctor education on pap smear and uterine fibroids to give your audience further details for implementation; an example of the
handouts, tip sheets, and trainers/speakers qualifications and learning objectives can also be included. This section of the project should read like a step-bystep manual so that stakeholders, funders, and community members can read it and replicate your program based on the details you provide.
