Please review the Exam Syllabus in Module 7 (and individual Module Summaries) as a way to check the list of topics and review material covered in this
course before you take the final exam. This should also help you choose which questions you want to answer.
Here are the questions and instructions to replace a part (question set) of the Final Exam with answers relating to the recommended “The Goal” book.
Details on what part of your final exam you can replace with these questions will be provided in the Spring 2022 Final exam, when available.
The same questions are being provided in pdf and MS Word format.

Spring 2022 Note: Follow statements in the posted Final Exam in Module 7. Current plan is that students may choose to answer four questions from the
above Goal list of questions, with at least one from Chapters 21-40, to make one set of answers worth 25 points out of 100 points in Part 2 of the Final Exam.

Here is the list of clarifications made so far. Clarifications are listed by date so later clarifications will be posted on top.
Changes to past clarifications will be highlighted with the word UPDATE: You must answer any 100+ points of questions from question sets I thru’ VII.
If you pick a sub-question, e.g., I.1.i or I.2.a, you must answer it completely.
(For instance, you cannot just say Agree or Disagree for 1.2.a without providing Rationale.)
Because of 1 and 2 above and the varied points assigned to sub-questions, you may end up having to answer slightly more than 100 points, say 102.33
points, which is denoted as 100+.
You must answer at least two questions that are marked with an asterisk * near the points. This should not be difficult as many questions have *. Warning:
questions with * that are also in italicized font can be more challenging, e.g. IV.2.
In question I.2, you need to answer any two from a-d, with 7 points for each of your two answers.
In Question Set VI on Quality / Lean, sub-question 3 – As with sub-questions VI.1 and VI.2, to answer VI.3 you need to answer either part i. or part ii. Both are
not needed, and neither is needed if you don’t want to include this in your 100+ points.
