Simulation Game

Top management (mainly just one senior-level manager who is trying to get a promotion by squeezing the project team; but I digress) has decided to
expedite the project so your new deadline is now 9 weeks! In another unfortunate event, top management apparently overspent on a bar tab and pulled $800
from this project to cover their mistake so your new budget is $9,200! Finally, there was an error in the calculation of the duration for activity H, and its new
duration is 4 weeks. Top management will let you decide how to best allocate resources to finish the project on time. This part of the simulation game is
worth 75 points and involves worker assignments necessary to finish the project.
Any questions, let me know. The program I use to tally the results strictly enforce all the game rules. Failure to comply with game rules will result in a loss of
points.
Remember the rules for worker assignments from the handout:

4 workers are available per week with an option for a 5th worker (see next point), but all
don’t have to be used every week ($200/week for each worker for the first 4 workers)
Maximum employment of 5 workers per week (there is 1 additional worker available, but
this additional worker costs $300).
No more than 2 workers can be assigned on a given activity in a week
If more than 1 worker is assigned to any task in a given week (crashing), that additional
worker costs $300 instead of $200
You may use laddering in the network schedule, but no task can be completely finished
until all its predecessors are 100% complete
