Project Background
Shellfish International, a gas and oilfield services company, wants to advance their cutting edge drilling technology. They have hired Chiron Consultancy, an international firm noted for their work in strategic innovation and creative problem solving, to consult on this change initiative.
A small group from Chiron, including Jack and Lisa, an experienced line manager and HR advisor respectively, is working closely with a diverse team from Shellfish. This collaborative Change Initiative Project Team is led by Shaney H., Chiron’s lead change management consultant for the project. The team’s primary client contact is Volker B., leader of the drilling division at Shellfish.
Current Status Update
The Change Initiative Project Team meets to prepare a Project Approach and Plan. The team will present the Project Approach and Plan to Shaney H., the lead Change Management Consultant from Chiron, and Volker B, the team’s primary client contact. The co-leads for this work are Sandra, an engineer from Shellfish, and Patricio, a Project Management specialist from Chiron.
