This research aims to analyse the correlation between participative leadership and career success. If one has a participative leader, will the outcomes enable career growth and success? This research aims to analyse does the success of a participative leader frame the identity of the organization. This study expands to include career success which underscores employees’ attitude toward expressing their opinions to influence organizational identity. Conceptualization of organizational identification helps to clarify the complex relationship between identification and organizational commitment, while at the same time accommodating previous definitions of the construct.

Participants will be required to independently complete 3 different sets of questionnaires. The period of data collection and participants involvement is not more than 9 weeks. This duration is to give a break of three weeks between the administration of the first sets of questionnaires and the third. Data collected centers on participants career related attributes and attitudes towards behavior at work. To measure the outcomes between them for overall career success and organizational identity.

PLEASE USE EXAMPLE DISSERTATION AS GUIDANCE. I used a similar questionnaire and research method to the example dissertation. The questionnaire reached 350 employees. The overall response rate was 83.19%. 376 out of 450 completing both questionnaire 1 and 2. 362 completed questionnaire 3 but only 350 were valid.

Attached is the questionnaire for reference. The questionnaire was shared through an online surveys database and shared point-to-point through personal family relationships. It was given to employees of an international organization.

The Reliability and Validity of Questionnaires is the same as the example dissertation provided. Kmo and Bartlett’s tests and exact analysis (factor, regression, etc) used in sample dissertation. Please create own data, data analysis, and conclusion for essay purpose.
