This class is Conflict Management and Negotiations in Healthcare. This course is about will also identify patterns of negotiation and conflict resolution in different national and cultural contexts, to gain an understanding of how interpersonal style, personality, culture, and other variables influence our negotiation, relationship-building, and resolution skills.
