When writing the case please do NOT just answer the questions. You must submit in a
case analysis format using the questions to guide you. The following is an example of things
that you might consider when completing your case analysis. Please DO NOT simply answer
these questions as your case analysis.

Case Analysis: Case overview.
1. Summary of the situation
2. Analysis of the situation. Where are we now? What is your perspective and what are
your assumptions of what is going on?
3. Problem Definition. A few sentences (concise)
4. Critical Factors. SWOT Analysis,
5. Statement of evaluation of strategic analysis. Where are we going? Where do we want
to be? What is the goal? (A few sentences)
6. Recommended alternatives and justification. Usually 3 alternatives with at least 3 pros
and cons addressing the alternative.
7. Implementation specifics. What do we need to get there? How are we going to do
this? SMART: Specific (goals) Measurable (timelines) Assignable (human Resources,
who is going to do this?) Resources (financial, infrastructure etc) Timelines (when).
8. Evaluation/Control
Written submissions must be APA style, double-spaced and in 12 point Time New and 1 inch margin.
