Read the Case Study, write summary and answer the following questions:

Report Questions:

1) What is Chung’s vision for the business? What is Auto Niche’s mission? Does Chung need to revise the vision or AutoNiche’s mission, or both? Explain.

2) Characterize the automotive service business. How has AutoNiche been developing its competitive advantage? Is its competitive advantage sustainable?

3) Should AutoNiche develop a new value proposition in a business whose contours are changing? If so, what should it be?

1) Is AutoNiche an attractive business? Are Chung’s key performance indicators still relevant? Will they be relevant in the future? Why or why not, explain.

2) How should Chung deal with AutoNiche’s issues surrounding staff retention, recruitment and talent management?

3) What other options does Chung have for the business? Explain.
