Building a Better Museum

I​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​n this unit, we engaged with the history of display and collections by exploring issues of representation in early collections and the spectacles of nineteenth and early twentieth-century World’s Fairs. A lot has changed over the past hundred years or so when it comes to museums and places of public display … but a lot has not.
