The conceptualization of a school vision that outlines the wider goals of a school community (including the needs of students, teachers, administration and parents). B. Identifying the processes and action plans that will address the school’s goals in achieving its overarching vision. C. Identifying the human resources and other resources (time, materials, facilities, professional development, community relationships, etc) needed to execute the processes and action plans.
