Prepare, write, compile and organize well a complete draft of my Final Project. This final paper should address a question or topic of interest as per the attached proposed and drafted project which I have already chosen the topic that emerges from the readings and / course discussions. The paper should be approximately 28 pages in length including Works Cited / Bibliography. The paper will be graded upon the scholarly significance, substance and style. Adapt my paper to the Call of Papers for the 2022 Media Ecology Association Annual Convention, which can be found here: Media Ecology Association-2023 Convention CFP (wildapricot.org).
NOTE WELL:
The attached proposed and drafted project includes Prospectus, Abstract and Outline, Literature Review and Bibliography. You are therefore, required to complete the draft of this Final Project, write it well, organize and compile it very well focusing on all the components mentioned above and take into high consideration all the yellow highlighted Instructor’s remarks in the attached draft. PROSPECTUS: is a introductory proposal of my chosen topic. It should include the following elements: 1. Initial research question 2. Rationale for why the topic needs to be researched with relationship to the current scholarship in the field and the world outside the academy 3. primary starting points of scholarly material to which my project will be responding, and 4. proposed plan for completing the project.
ABSTRACT AND OUTLINE: The abstract is a 150 -word summary of my project, its relevance to the scholarly conversation. This abstract must not exceed the word limit and should be formatted as if it were being submitted for review for a conference or article proposal. The outline should be no more than one page and will develop the main elements of my arguments.
LITERATURE REVIEW: The literature review is an approximately 8-page narration of the relevant literature concerning my chosen topic. The review should explain the issues involved in my topic and how that has developed over time within the scholarly conversation. The paper should discuss how the conversation has developed and potential gaps in scholarship and points of controversy. It should narrow down the issue at hand , set up the relevance of my project, and should be integrated into this final paper.
