Final Assignment for Organization Design course:
The purpose of the final assignment is to give you an opportunity to practice using the concepts. From an academic point of view, my obligation as an instructor is to ensure that you understand the concepts and can apply them so make sure that you reference all the concepts that will be covered in the course summaries. For the final assignment you can take any real life situation that you have been in and analyze that situation, using the organization design principles that were taught in the course to get things right – or explain why they already are. About 10 pages, normal spacing and type, and a few good exhibits should do. You don’t need to give me a lot of detail on the situation. There are not a lot of situations that I have not seen before either personally or through student papers.
Apply all the concepts covered in the course in the form of story telling. Please use any stablished company example and provide solution.
