The high level of globalization influences the modern business world, leading to the diversification of the staff and the emergence of cross-cultural teams. For this reason, it becomes critical to select leadership styles and methods that would help to create a beneficial corporate culture and ensure no conflicts will emerge. Under these conditions, the chosen research topic is relevant and important for the modern leadership field.

Research Design
What is the target population? The research focuses on investigating the role of transformational leadership and implicit leadership theory in cultivating the desired corporate culture. For this reason, the target population should include both employees and leaders as they will provide their views on the investigated issue and the effectiveness of specific methods. For this reason, the target population of the research is comprised of managers and workers belonging to cross-cultural teams and working regarding specific cultures. Focusing on this group, it is possible to acquire credible and relevant data necessary to answering the research question and meeting the objectives of the study.
What is the sample size? The desired sample size is 150 to 250 . The given sample size meets the goal of the project and will help to collect data needed to analyze the outlined variables and conclude about the effectiveness of transformational leadership in cultivating the desired corporate culture.
What is the sampling technique? The nature of the research influences the choice of the sampling technique. Thus, non-probability, purposive sampling should be used to select participants of the study. First of all, it will help to ensure that only individuals with the necessary experiences are included in the project. Second, it will help to avoid working with unnecessary information coming from people who do not have the background of working in cross-cultural teams with a specific corporate culture. Under these conditions, it is expected that the given sampling technique will be the best choice for the project and contribute to the increased credibility of the collected data.
