Question 2: Discuss how firms manage different stakeholders in order to ensure the sustainability of their business.
Question 3: How can organisational culture facilitate or constrain the strategic development of organisations?
Question 4: Using examples, discuss how parent companies manage their business subsidiaries around the world.

Module Learning Outcomes:
In this assessment, the following learning outcomes will be covered:
1. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the importance of, and the fundamental role played by, the environment in which a business operates on the development of its strategic goals and plans.
2. Demonstrate understanding of terminologies, theoretical concepts and methods related to analysing the business environment and critically evaluate such concepts.
3. Identify and evaluate the role of environmental factors in the management of a business and in particular situations.
4. Research, synthesise and apply business environment knowledge to real-world examples.
5. Critically analyse business environment issues that could affect the operational, marketing, competitive or strategic decisions of a business.
