For a particular country or region* outside the high-income world,** what are the major challenges that confront the transition to universal health coverage
(UHC, Session 8- SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT); how has the Covid-19 pandemic affected these; and what policies and actions on the part of key global
health actors (discussed in Session 4 SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT) might help in overcoming these challenges?
