Through your use of course readings, Internet journey, and review of scholarly literature, you have been exposed to information about the effect of payment
systems on health equity status. Although involvement and healthcare funding by the government has occurred, there continues to be great inequity present
in access and cost of services. Studies continue to name poor education, socioeconomic status, economic concerns, cost of services, and ethnic/cultural
origin as some major causes of inequity in healthcare.
Using a table format, conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis comparing three federal or state programs’ third-party
payment systems.
List the key strengths, weaknesses, identify opportunities, and threats. Use action-oriented factors and list five to seven items for each category. Do not rely
on opinions; use only facts in your SWOT analysis table.
Be sure to review resources carefully. Apply the information from your resources when you prepare your assignments.

Resources: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources
