SWOT Analysis

Attached is a SWOT completed, for Dell Tech external and internal analysis of my target firm has developed a prioritized list of Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities and Threats. The task now is to use these prioritized SWOTS to develop initiatives for your firm.
Attach the four prioritized lists you developed previously in a Word document and labeled “Appendix 1. Prioritized SWOTs for Company XYZ”.
Create a matrix with 2 rows and 2 columns. Label the first row “Strengths”, and label the second row “Weaknesses”. Label the first column “Opportunities”
and the second row “Threats”. Leave enough space between the labels and the borders of the matrix so that you can enter individual SWOTs along the border
of the matrix.
Within each column place entries along the border of the matrix that correspond to your Opportunity list and your Threat list. Do the same thing with
Strengths and Weaknesses. (adding columns outside the matrix helps)
Put a label at the top of the matrix. The label should say “Appendix 2. SWOTs Matrix for Company XYZ”
Develop Four (4) initiatives.
Remember, the initiative has to be an independent action by the firm that links a row and column of the SWOT matrix. Don’t use “fuzzy” words like “leverage”
as substitutes for the initiative.
The initiative must clearly state what exactly the firm should do in order to link the SWOT row and column.
The initiative can link multiple rows and columns, and in the real world this tends to be the case.
For each initiative you develop, write at least one paragraph that describes what the firm should do. Label the paragraph with a heading that identifies the
initiative.
Put your narrative on a separate sheet(s). Put a title at the top of each of the initiatives page(s). The title should be: “Initiatives and SWOTs for Company
XYZ”.
On the matrix, place a labeled circle or square that has the label you used in instruction 4. Draw lines on the matrix that connect the various SWOTs for each
of the initiatives with the labeled circle or square on the diagram.
Now, order the materials that you have developed. The written paragraphs in item 4 should come first. After them, put Appendix 1, and after that Appendix 2.
