Prepare a legal memorandum on the issue. Include your research and analysis. Your research should include
at least five legal resources including, but not limited to, case law, statutes, rules, regulations and law journal
articles. Identify all ethical issues involved, possible solutions, and a final recommendation using the resources
found in your research.
