For this assignment, consider the online collaboration tools discussed in your readings. You will complete a chart based on the scenario listed. Provide a minimum of two scholarly references.
Scenario: Imagine you are a training manager for the largest wireless telecommunications provider. You have been tasked with creating new training materials for a new feature that will launch across the platform. The training will need to be completed by each employee in the direct channels (call centers and the retail locations) and the indirect channels (authorized retailers). All employees must be trained two weeks after the training material has been developed.
One of the first steps in developing the training materials will be determining which online collaboration tool will be used to disseminate the information. In this assignment you will research two different online collaboration tools that would be considered for the training, and determine which would be the most beneficial for use.
