1. Each student will synthesize theories/discussion/models of leadership covered in this class. Please construct a model, of your understanding/explanation of the meaning of leadership. Think about what you have learned from the readings/articles/discussions this semester and synthesize your learning into a model of excellence in leadership.
2. Create a zoom recording of your presentation (How to create a voice over zoom recording) and post the zoom recording to this assignment. Please ignore the information about creating a poster – Christina Peterson created this tutorial for my students in another class for their poster presentation. You only need to learn how to do the zoom recording showing your leadership presentation slides. Here is a link to a leadership model, I did not include the recording
Your presentation should include at least 4 sections, can be more to be shown with your zoom recording, including:
i. introduction to your presentation (zoom recording will include you introducing your presentation)
ii. model (zoom recording will include your explanation of the model)
