Grant Research

Overview:
In this assignment, you will research available grants that pertain to your field of work or
the field in which you wish to obtain more information about to understand how they are
funded. If grants are not a funding possibility, the bonding process for your field will be
a suitable substitution.
Instructions:
This week, you will be submitting your grant funding research or bonding process for
your field. Your assignment must include, but is not limited to:
 Discuss the grants available.
 Detail the grant or bonding process.
 Create a sample application for the grant.
 Distinguish different cost structures that will be covered under the grant and
those legacy or hidden costs which may not be covered. Include in this what
information you would need to receive the grant and overall observations on
process and availability of grants.
 Discuss the moral and ethical obligation the grantee has in use of the grant funds
and to the grantor.
Requirements:
 Length: minimum 4 pages, not including title and reference pages
 The final product will be a paper that is double-spaced, APA formatted.
