Discussion Prompt: Considering the concept of “Theory of Success” and the demands of Collective Security,
how effective was the approach of Humanitarianism in acting in the country’s national interest and providing
for America’s national security? Incorporate at least the DIME aspects of the DIMEFIL framework and/or the
PME aspects of the PMESII construct as the framework for your response.
