3.1 Undertake a self-assessment of HR professional practice capabilities to identify continuing professional development needs NOT YET MET This section is incomplete and needs to be reviewed for a MET. This should consider your own skills and competencies, in line with your current or desired role to assess areas that still need to develop further. This could include the CIPD MAP- assessment tool, provided during the session, learning styles questionnaires and tests VAK or Honey & Mumford), Belbin self-assessment, and other personality and skills tests commonly found in organisations. Out of all self-assessments you do (Which can be added in appendices as evidence) you then need to identify at least 3 key areas to develop and include in your Professional Development Plan. Please note that self-assessment tools and sources still need to be referenced
3.2 Produce a plan to meet personal development objectives based on an evaluation of different options NOT YET MET
This criteria has not been attempted and must be addressed in line with the brief to be able to pass.
No development plan has been included and this needs to be complted and added for a MET. This should include atleast 3 DIFFERENT AREAS TO DEVELOP AND PROVIDE DETAILS OF HOW YOU INTEND TO DO THIS, linked to your revised 3.1 section.
3.3 Reflect on performance against the plan, identify learning points for the future and revise the plan accordingly
