This assignment gives you practice in two types of summary, as well as another opportunity for revision.
The focus of this paper can be the team’s design or a unique one that you would like to focus on. This
assignment must include:
• Summary of the project scope and context presented in your Scope and Research Statement.
• Discussion of the design process. This includes how you went about understanding your design problem
and coming up with ideas. It should be clearly described the solution you are focused on was not a random
decision but rather a result of an objective process.
• A detailed personal description on the design solution. Your design should be a potentially viable design
when compared to the customer requirements (CRs). Your description should include a high-quality visual
of that solution and a discussion of the
advantages and disadvantages of your solution with respect to the project CRs (rather than as compared to
the other solutions).
• A detailed description of the design solution being proposed including the rationale for selecting this
design.
