This e-portfolio assessment is designed to be used as both a learning tool and as a professional portfolio that you can include in your resume or applications
for jobs. You want to begin developing your portfolio ideas during Week 3, even though it is not due until Week 8. In this assignment you are asked to reflect
on your learning in our class.
There are THREE parts to this assignment.
PART A: Reflection: Take some time to think back, reflect on and cross-check the course objectives with what you have learned during the course including
the readings, class discussions, self-assessments and assignments. This reflection will help you decide on and develop your content for Part C.
Part B: Create a portfolio site. You will need create to create an E-portfolio on the Google Site.

Part C: Complete your Portfolio: Once your portfolio site is created, carefully follow the instructions below.
1. Begin with an Introduction Page. Briefly introduce yourself and the purpose of the e-Portfolio. State the three course outcomes you will address in your ePortfolio
2. Next, prepare a separate page for EACH of the three outcomes you have selected. Include the following four deliverables on each outcome page.
a. Course Outcome: State the specific course being addressed.
b. Learning: Explain in your own words how the outcome relates to what YOU have learned in class. Use a minimum of 1-2 paragraphs
c. Artifact: Post one or more artifacts – video, paper, chart, or any type of file that YOU have created yourself. If you are unsure of what an artifact is, please do

Artifacts should demonstrate your mastery of the outcome being addressed.
Artifacts do not have to be newly created – you can use work you developed previously.
If the artifact does not show your name and the date it was created, please confirm this information in your writing.
Do not use any item you have not personally developed or created.
