Part 1

1. Collect or come up with two cases of a professional or workplace scenario requiring ethical decision-making. You must work on a case that is directly
relevant to SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT. You may draw upon your own experience, interview friends, acquaintances, family, bosses or coworkers (“Have
you ever had experience with a situation involving ethical decision-making in the workplace? I need a good story!”), or make up cases.
2. Note that you are looking for material that you can use for your Case Study Analysis Project, which takes the form of an essay. Cases that are complicated,
unusual or otherwise challenging will be more interesting for you to work on. Note that if no one in your case is potentially harmed in the scenario you
present, you probably don’t have a scenario that will require ethical decision-making. If the right thing to do is very obvious, then you don’t have the kind of
case needed. Your case should present you with an ethical dilemma.
3. Write up a 250 words descriiption for each case that explains, as non-judgmentally as possible, the key elements of the situation. Label the cases ‘Case 1
