Final Course Essay (300 points)
The final will be an essay over your personal leadership philosophy. Take into consideration attitudes, beliefs, perspectives, understandings, and wonderings about leadership. Reflect on how these ideas relate to your professional and scholarly experiences and goals. Support and feedback will be given prior to the final submission. A detailed rubric is provided for this assignment.

The questions below are provided to support your thinking as you begin developing your final essay. This is not an exhaustive list, rather a place to begin. If you need additional support, please feel free to reach out. I am more than happy to discuss your essay one on one.
