We are propose a research topic to be applied in Saudi Arabia for the nearest future Which is Asphalt
Pavement Recycling with reclaimed asphalt.
What we need to do is that, we have a case study of highway in Royal Commission of jubail project to reasphalt Road 6 as per attached highlighted dwg use it for the reference and you may use it in the paper.
So, The distance calculated to be 7 Km2 as highlighted,
The Quantities of Asphalt that have been removed for re-asphalting are 30813.44 tons
What they did with the removed asphalt is that they dispose the removed one and re-use it for only portion
of temporary acess in the city.
We did a small research of recycling asphalt and the process of it and we found the price per ton for the
recycled compared to Virgin asphalt as the attachment
So, we would like to make the case study on this topic comparing between the recycled asphalt and the
new asphalt from advantage and disadvantage, where they can use that?
