Instructions: For this assignment, you will be writing a story about an experience related to interprofessional collaboration and communication that you have observed in any clinical area (any hospital experience working as a nursing student) this semester. It can be either a positive or negative experience.

Paper should be 2 pages in length and in APA format. Please provide one scholarly reference for one aspect of interprofessional collaboration and communication.

The project must be typed, double-spaced, use of standard format font (Times new Roman, 12 font), and one-inch margin on each side on normal letter size paper (8 ½ x 11 ½). The completed project must include a reference page(s). A title sheet should be included. Please proofread all submissions carefully. APA style is required for all formatting and referencing in both the text and reference page(s).
