This report outlines two micronutrients from the perspective of Aesthetics. It further discusses about the structure of each micronutrient, and the biological function of each across the lifespan. also discusses specific nutritional requirements RDI, guidelines and therapeutic doses. Addition factors contributing to states of excess, also discusses signs and symptoms of deficiency and signs symptoms of excess and dietary sources. Lastly, identifying evidence based nutritional requirements of Aesthetics and a brief conclusion.

2.0 Role in Human Biology Across the Lifespan [200 words] • Discuss the nutrients’ function across the human lifespan.
As there are different types of nutrients and they have their own individual structures. Vitamins are compounds generally gained from food sources as well as from the………. Vitamin A and C antioxidants are the key nutrients ingredients of the skin. There are several key nutrients used for skin care however these two Vitamins are the main essential nutrients because they help the skin health to function properly. The main form of Vitamin A is retinol also known as retinoic acid and retinal and it is a fat-soluble vitamin mainly stored in the liver (Albahrani & Greaves, 2016). Vitamin A is also an essential nutrient because it cannot be produced by human body which means that it can be taken from food sources or supplements (Tanumihardjo, et al, 2016).

The biological function of micronutrients is to promote immune system maintain the skin healthy….. The key roles of nutrients are to maintain the skin healthy as well as overall skin health. Each nutrient required for the body has their own functions to maintain the body healthy for example; Vitamin A is believed to repair the skin and Vitamin C helps in formation of collagen and elastin and protect antioxidant…… (Pullar, et al, 2017).

The influences of excessive use of nutrients may cause toxicity to skin. For example, when consuming excessive amount of vitamin, A may weaken the bones and may also contribute to bone fractures and osteoporosis which….. Factors that contribute to nutrients deficiency and Vitamin A deficiency could cause to blindness and vision may be affected if individuals lack Vitamin A.
The signs and symptoms of deficiency for example with Vitamin C deficiency which is related to the skin and hair. Skin will become dull and dry there are signs of hair loss and broken and brittle nails

Conclusion
Micronutrients have different structures……and they are essential for the body and skin health as they help the body to function properly. There are health risks when consuming excessive amount of these nutrients. There are also risks and causes with nutrients deficiency.
