Will outsourcing be reversed?

During the last few decades, many American companies have moved their industrial operations to some developing countries, being China the primary destination for these multinational enterprises. This move has carried grave implications for American workers, who saw their jobs disappearing overnight. Also, the US economy nowadays has an immense dependence on China for the supply of many goods that are regularly bought by American consumers. A large group of detractors of this corporate strategy, known as outsourcing, have raised their concerns about it and advocate for these corporations to bring back to America their operations and jobs for American workers. Using the concepts of the economic cost, analyze the feasibility of this claim. Do you think these companies will be willing to leave China, Mexico, Vietnam, etc. and bring the operations back?
