My Research question for last module

Research Question: Is there a correlation between an organizational learning culture, organizational performance, and employee performance?

The independent variable will be organizational learning, and the dependent variables will be employee performance, and organizational performance.

Please remember this is quantitative data collection and the method of data collection should reflect that.
