Background

Hale and Hearty is a nonprofit organization that help at risk kids and their families to
live a healthy lifestyle through Physical Education (PE). The Hale and Hearty Organization focuses on the health problems people face when there is a lack of physical activity. It also addresses the issues underprivileged students and their family has when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. This organization would address the issues by asking gyms to offer discounts to members of this organization and would offer exercising activities on parks and beaches in deprived neighborhoods. We would ask the Red Cross to lend a helping hand in offering monthly physical check-ups. As for the students when attending the after-school programs they would be giving a 45-minute tutoring session to finish homework and get help with projects. Then students will head to the areas for warm up and stretching so they can be prepared for they three different activities that are offered on certain days.

You may organize it in many different ways, as long as you address the three components below: services offered, the reasoning/rationale behind them informed by scholarly, peer reviewed research conducted by experts in related fields and published in journals and books published by legitimate presses, and a discussion of why you think your program will be effective, also informed by peer-reviewed research. The information contained in this section will vary by topic. The last section, why your program will be successful and effective, can often serve as a conclusion to the overall paper.
