Gini and Green (2013) consider moral courage to be one of the 10 virtues of outstanding leaders. How can we, we = you and I, develop moral courage as a standard for leadership? How can we help develop moral courage in followers? Is the goal for 100% of leaders and 100% of followers to exhibit moral courage? Is it more important for leaders to have moral courage than followers? Why or why not?
