Exercise Activity Proposal for Students

Create an “Activity Proposal” – an original or customized/modified activity that incorporates movement and/or exercise into instructional practices, to improve learning and to benefit students in various ways, socially, physically, mentally, etc. Although there have been opportunities to share a brain break or an activity that incorporates movement/exercise into core content instruction and learning, this final project is more detailed/defined.
