Evaluate your own communication skills, what are your strengths and weaknesses, how can they be improved, and write about your own communication goals.

Students will develop four (4) position papers on topics determined by the instructor. Position papers reflect the experience and values of each student. Each paper should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of course concepts. Supporting evidence may be used and must be cited in paper. A total of three references are required for each paper. The course textbook can be used as one, the other two must come from the library database and be scientific journals. Make in text citations to support your paper. Word count is 1000 words which is over 2 pages. Do not go over 1200 words. All papers must be typed using times New Roman size 12 font, double-spaced, and printed only on one side of each page. I have attached an example position paper; make sure yours looks like it. Follow the same formatting on the headers. Not following instructions will result in student losing points. The very last page should be a reference page listing all your references used for your paper.
