Does an outdoor physical activity program improve the mental health status of adults with clinical depression?

This is the topic and you need to write a literature review on this topic, and I have written the layout I mean the format or the heading which you need to cover in the literature review. Aim- what is aim of the literature review like whether or not physical activity improves mental health of adults with depression and states how it was chosen by using PICO question and Present with excellent demonstration of thought when using a PICO approach like Population(P)- adults, intervention(I)- Physical activity, comparison intervention(C)- depression, O(outcome)- improves mental health. (50-60 words)

Methods- search methods used
• SEARCH STRATEGY- about the articles from where they were selected from MEDLINE, CINAHL, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, PYSCHOINFO and the search terms used (please use the database from federation university site and I will provide you the details of my password). Also include how many total relevant articles found and how many put in summarising table. (100 words)
• ARTICLE CHARACTERSISTIC- here you need to use 12 peer reviewed articles, here you need to review the article like from which year to which year articles have been used, from which countries have been selected and which design of the articles like qualitative or mixed or quantitative (2010-2020) (need to select 12 peer reviewed articles to summarise abut in main discussion). (100 words)

Discussion- need to discuss the 12 selected peer reviews articles, main body part, bulky area, most of the word count must be used here, summarising the articles, comparing them with each other. (1600 words)

Flow chart- this is chart kind of thing which needs to be written about the process of selecting the articles and should be in detail about how these particular articles were selected (words do not include in 2000 words count so please provide detail)

Table- then you need to make a table where you need to summarise the articles that you used for the main discussion part and in the table you need to write down author\year of publication, country of origin, research methodology, participants and sample size, data collection procedure, CASP tool where you need to score each article ( I will attach the CASP tool with the files and you need to answer the questions and score it out of 100%, analysis, study limitations and key findings in 4-5 dot points ( word count do not included in 2000 word count so please provide detail).

Conclusion- so concluding at the end, what was identified, what literature says and any recommendations if any. (100 words)
