MODULE 4 CASE ASSIGNMENT: Developing a Training Plan Part I
The Case Study Assignment and the Signature Assignment are
sequential assignments in this course. The Case Study is structured
so that the student develops the initial components of a Training
Plan. The components developed in the Case Study Assignment are
then used to complete the entire Training Plan in the Signature
Assignment. The goal of the Signature Assignment is to complete a
training plan that could be implemented and render results. This
assignment is not a traditional essay. Students should ensure that
they include each of the specific components described in # 4 (a-c)
listed below.
The Case Assignment for this course will be a 3-4 page training
proposal (excluding cover page and references). You should use a

guide, you should develop a needs assessment for the
proposed training program. For further discussion of needs
assessments refer back to section 8.4 of the following

the needs assessment is a task that you should complete in order to

discussion thread.
