Creative Arts

This is a TWO PART assignment

For this assignment you will create two classroom maps that incorporate aspects that are key to a creative arts environment.

1. One map should be for birth-Pre-K and one for K-3rd

2. Create and label the maps with materials, furniture, and other design elements. Here is a
“Classroom Architect” link that is an easy way to create the maps, and you can copy and paste your
maps into a word document. You can also use Word or draw your maps by hand.

3. Write a 500-750 word essay using research about creative arts classroom spaces that explains both
of the spaces you created and why you chose to set up the environments and include what you did.
This word count includes both maps.

List 3-5 resources on a reference page.
